This risk assessment tool has been developed to help health care facility staff comply with the risk-based, patient-focused approach required by NFPA 99: Health Care Facilities Code beginning with the 2012 edition.This completed risk assessment should be used to determine the steps needed to respond to the identified risks as outlined in NFPA 99.
