ASHE redesigns website to be more user friendly and mobile ready

CHICAGO—The American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) recently redesigned its website to improve navigation and mobile usability. The new design of www.ashe.org features easier-to-read text and a more responsive design for information retrieval from smart phones. The website was also reorganized to make it easier for members to find the information they need.

To allow quick access to resources, ASHE created a Resource Library that houses many types of documents, guidance, videos and other tools members need as they work to optimize the health care physical environment. For examples, members can use the library to find an article on controlling overtime costs, a template to help document CMS waivers, or a video on designing hybrid operating rooms.

ASHE also added a new on demand learning area that contains useful webinars and conference presentations available any time at no cost to ASHE members. On demand learning covers topics related to leadership and business, codes and standards compliance, and planning, design and construction.

A new “Member Corner” area provides quick access to top members-only benefits, including the ASHE membership directory, , the Just Ask ASHE code question and answer service, and job postings.

Visit www.ashe.org to explore the new site.
